How do I purchase full access to VR events?
To purchase full access to VR events, please visit the VR Events section of our website here. Browse the available events and select an event you would like to purchase. After selecting an event, make a product selection for the VR Ticket or the VR Ticket + VR Viewer bundle option. Then select iPhone, Android, or Gear VR to indicate which mobile device you plan to use. Emails with instructions to redeem your VR Ticket and VR Viewer will be sent to your email address.
How do I redeem my VR Ticket?
An email with instructions to redeem your VR Ticket purchase will be sent to your email address when your purchase is confirmed. This VR Ticket email will contain a video in your with instructions on installing the vantage.tv app and redeeming your VR Ticket.
How many devices will my VR Ticket work on?

Will the vantage.tv app work with my phone?

The vantage.tv app currently supports playback on mobile phone devices with VR viewers or headsets that are compatible with Google Cardboard or Samsung Gear VR. Purchase of other VR viewers and headsets is available at many electronics retailers. Future releases will support VR experiences without viewers or headsets on mobile phones, tablets, and other devices.
What type of VR viewer will I receive in my order?

DTS Headphone:X® is a proprietary audio technology that delivers an immersive listening experience. Audio playback will respond to changes in user head and viewing position, allowing users to perceive sound source and direction. vantage.tv’s implementation of DTS Headphone:X® is available on vantage.tv for Google Cardboard for Android devices. Future releases will enable DTS Headphone:X® on vantage.tv for Oculus for Samsung Gear VR devices.
How do I start using the app?
Click the icon on your phone to start the app. Place your phone into your VR viewer as instructed by your viewer manufacturer. Select Settings icon to adjust your VR viewer profile (Cardboard users only). Hover cursor over icons, then tap screen or viewer button to make selections. Look down for Player Controls. Select alternate camera options to change viewing angles. Select Home icon to return to previous menu. Select the Recenter icon to reset the center position in your field of view. Select Pause and Play icons to control playback
How can I improve app performance?
Adjust your VR viewer focus for sharpest image. Clean your device screen and VR viewer lenses for the best image. Use headphones for best audio experience. Enable Wi-Fi for best performance and to avoid data charges. Use a fully charged device for best performance. Close other apps on your device to maximize performance. Turn off your phone and app notifications to avoid interruptions. If your app slows, freezes, or overheats, please close the app and allow the device to cool for a few minutes.
How do I make selections?
When selections are available in the app experience, a cursor will be visible in the center of your field of view. Move your head to position the cursor over the item you want to select. When focused on your selection, tap the device screen or press the viewer button.
What are the Player Controls and how do I use them while an event is playing?
Look down while in your VR viewer. The Player Control icons will appear in your field of view. Depending on your VR event, the Player Controls will include camera options, Home icon, Recenter icon, and Pause/Play icons. Use the cursor to operate the Player Control selections.
How do I go back to the previous menu?
Look down while in your VR viewer. The left icon looks like a house. This is the Home icon. Select the Home icon to return to the previous menu.
How do I pause and play event playback?
Look down while in your VR viewer. While an event is playing, the right icon will be the Pause icon. Select the Pause icon to pause playback. While an event is paused, the right icon will be the Play icon. Select the Play icon to resume playback.
How do I reset the center position in my field of view?
Look down while in your VR viewer. The Recenter icon looks like a target. This is the Recenter icon. Select the Recenter icon to reset the forward direction in your field of view. A pop-up will direct you to look and tap the screen or viewer button to reset your forward direction.
Can I use a VR headset even if I wear glasses?
Depending on the VR viewer you use, you should be able to fit them over glasses or adjust available focus controls to improve your viewing comfort.
